No one likes to wait around for their items to ship; that’s why we offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2 p.m. CST (orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day). Rush shipping is available for orders placed after 2 p.m. CST for an additional fee.

 

Where is SIGMA Surplus Located?

SIGMA is strategically located in the heart of North America, providing our customers with a wide variety of efficient and flexible shipping lanes to ensure products arrive on time. We ship with two preferred partners, the United States Postal Service and UPS. Delivery times may vary based on shipping method.

We offer the following add-on delivery options (additional fees may apply):

  • International shipping - we ship all over the world!

  • Expedited shipping

  • Overnight shipping - typically delivered next business day.

  • Courier service - we arrange for your delivery to be picked up from our warehouse and delivered straight to your door!

Additionally, SIGMA Surplus offers local pickup. Just choose the “Pickup in Store” option when checking out!

No matter what shipping option you choose, each SIGMA Surplus order includes a tracking number, so you can know where your package is at all times. We’ll send a tracking number as soon as your product ships. This number will be included on your orders page as well.
