  • Why should I buy used parts?

    • It’s the same reason you’d buy a used car - more value for your money. SIGMA Surplus sources both new and used parts from businesses just like yours. We offer peace of mind with a 30-day standard warranty, plus an extended two-year warranty for each part we test.

  • What are your terms and conditions? 

  • What payment methods do you accept? 

    • We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal/PayPal Credit and Google Pay. 

  • Do you accept trades?

    • We unfortunately don’t take trades at the moment, but we’d love to buy your surplus and show you what we have in stock.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

  • What’s your cancellation policy? 

    • As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can help cancel orders. Call us at (812) 463-2292 or email sales@sigmasurplus.com to cancel your order. If your order is already shipped, we can initiate a return.

  • There’s a problem with my order. What do I need to do?

  • Do you test your products? 

    • All of our products branded with the SIGMA shield have been tested and approved by our expert team of technicians. Tested products must pass a rigorous power-up process to ensure proper function. We don’t just sell products, we sell peace of mind.

  • What is your two-year warranty?

    • SIGMA Surplus stands behind our inventory and we know that building customer relationships continues even after your delivery has arrived. That’s why we back all tested and powered-up parts with a two-year warranty, branded by our signature SIGMA Surplus shield. When your production is down and you’re losing time and money, we know how important it is to make sure you’re buying quality replacement parts that have been fully tested by a trained technician.

  • Do you repair your products?

    • Most SIGMA Surplus products are new or refurbished. While our team inspects, cleans, and tests each pre-owned part (where applicable), we do not currently repair products. Parts that fail to pass inspection are safely recycled.

    • SIGMA Surplus is headquartered in Evansville, Indiana and has a location in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • What shipping options do you offer?

    • No matter where you’re located or how fast you need your order delivered, SIGMA Surplus has you covered. Our standard options include UPS first-class, USPS priority mail, and free pickup at our warehouse in Evansville. Additionally, we offer FREE same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2 p.m. CST. Are you located outside the United States? No problem! We also offer international shipping.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery services? 

    • We do! If you’re in the Evansville metropolitan area and need a part ASAP, give us a call at 812-463-2292 or reach out to sales@sigmasurplus.com.

  • What radius does your courier service cover? 

    • We can deliver anywhere in the United States via courier! Contact us for more details.

  • Do you have a dock? What are your dock hours?

    • We do have a dock. Our dock hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

  • What if I have a problem with my delivery?

    • Don’t worry - give us a call at 812-463-2292 or email us at sales@sigmasurplus.com and we’ll make it right.
