SIGMA Surplus employs trained technicians and mechanics to remove valuable and functional parts off of manufacturing equipment. These items, may include components like electronics, servos, pneumatics, and much more.

These parts are then processed, photographed, and listed for sale by SIGMA’s dedicated e-commerce team. Each and every item sold by SIGMA Surplus offers identical performance compared to their brand-new counterparts, all at a fraction of the price. Why pay more when you don’t have to?

From the moment your order is placed, you can enjoy peace of mind with expedited and international shipping options, as well our partnership with a door-to-door courier service. We stand behind our products with a standard 30-day warranty on all parts, as well as a two-year warranty for each component we test. 

Non-warranty returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from the order date. All returned items must be in their original condition, including any original packaging. Sealed products must be returned in the same condition.  Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. A 20% restock fee will apply.

Another major component of SIGMA Surplus is our ability to purchase your spare parts at a competitive rate. We offer a variety of programs designed to accommodate a wide variety of needs and budgets, including contactless and bulk item arrangements. We offer four main programs in which customers can sell us their automation components:

  • Crate Program - SIGMA Surplus will ship a crate to your business along with packing materials. You’ll fill the crate with components you wish to sell and ship back to us. From there, we’ll make an offer and purchase your spare parts.

  • Consignment - Our team will visit your facility and examine the spare parts you wish to sell. From there, we arrange shipping to our facility, where we will examine and catalog your inventory. Lastly, we photograph, list, and market your parts on our online SIGMA Surplus store.

  • Inventory Evaluation - With our Inventory Evaluation Program, our team evaluates your inventory of the spare MRO components you wish to sell. All you need to do is send an itemized list and pictures of the spare parts and we will do the rest.

  • On-Site - Our team will visit your facility, assess your spare parts, and make a competitive offer.

SIGMA Surplus Shipping Policy

SIGMA Surplus is committed to delivering quality, reliable products through efficient and timely order preparation and shipping processes. No one likes to wait around for their items to ship, that’s why we offer same-day shipping on orders placed before 2 p.m. CST. Orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will be shipped the next business day. Rush shipping is available for orders placed after 2 p.m. CST for an additional fee.

SIGMA is strategically located in the heart of North America, providing our customers with a wide variety of efficient and flexible shipping lanes to ensure products arrive on time. We ship with two preferred partners, the United States Postal Service and UPS. Delivery times may vary based on shipping method.

We offer the following add-on delivery options (additional fees may apply):

  • International shipping - we ship all over the world!

  • Expedited shipping

  • Overnight shipping - typically delivered next business day.

  • Courier service - we arrange for your delivery to be picked up from our warehouse and delivered straight to your door!

Additionally, SIGMA Surplus offers local pickup. Just choose the “Pickup in Store” option when checking out! 

 

 

 

MRO spare parts delivered fast

No matter which shipping option you choose, each SIGMA Surplus order includes a tracking number, so you can know where your package is at all times. We’ll send your tracking number as soon as your product ships. This number will be included on your orders page as well.
