SIGMA Surplus Return and Warranty Terms and Conditions

Items sold by SIGMA Surplus (“SIGMA”) may not be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, as SIGMA is not an authorized dealer. However, SIGMA provides a standard 30-day warranty on all items, as well as a two-year warranty on all items that have been tested (“Powered Up”) by a SIGMA technician, denoted by a SIGMA Surplus Shield logo.

Items considered to have been Powered Up have been checked to ensure that the item powers on and functions properly.

All SIGMA warranties are non-transferable without SIGMA’s prior written consent.

 

Non-Warranty Returns

Non-warranty returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from the order date. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. All returned items must be in their original condition, including any original packaging. Sealed products must be returned in the same condition.

 

Standard Warranty Return Policy (30 days)

This warranty applies to all goods sold by SIGMA that have not been tested or Powered Up.

SIGMA warrants that all sold goods shall be free from functional defects for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the order date (“Warranty Period”).

If, during the Warranty Period, a customer wishes to make a claim (“Warranty Claim”), the customer must provide notice using the following channels:

Upon receipt of a Warranty Claim, SIGMA will issue a Return Authorization Number (“RMA”). SIGMA will not accept any Warranty Claim without a valid RMA.

Freight and rush fees for goods returned under Warranty Claims remain the responsibility of the customer. 

In the case of a valid Warranty Claim, SIGMA’s obligation shall be limited to replacing the item or offering a refund on the original item. SIGMA will issue a prepaid label for shipping charges.

Warranty Claims must be received before the end of the Warranty Period, along with the return of the product within the same period.

 

Extended Warranty Return Policy (Two years)

This warranty applies to all goods sold by SIGMA that have been Powered Up and tested, where applicable. These items are denoted by the SIGMA Surplus Shield logo.

SIGMA warrants that all sold goods shall be free from functional defects for a period of two (2) years from the order date (“Warranty Period”).

If, during the Warranty Period, a customer wishes to make a claim (“Warranty Claim”), the customer must provide notice using the following channels:
